Barefoot Massage, located in Nags Head, NC, offers a peaceful sanctuary designed to help you feel better from the moment you step inside. After serving the Outer Banks for 15 years as an onsite massage business, we decided it was time for us to open a physical location. In November 2024, with over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist (LMBT), I created a "sanctuary for the soul" nestled in Suite 7 of The Nags Head Professional Center. Our private space provides a quiet retreat where healing and relaxation come together seamlessly.
Our name was originally about always being barefoot at the beach. But, over the years people asked, so I am finally learning, and now . . . Barefoot Massage can say, Yes, we offer Myofascial Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage. I am currently taking clients for what we have come to affectionately call, our Ashi-Massage. I need the practice, and you need this massage, its perfect! Come see for yourself.

Searching for a Myofascial Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage Therapist Near You?
Looking for a licensed massage therapist trained in FasciAshi® Myofascial Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage? This Sole Provider Directory connects you to graduates of our in-person continuing education program—each of whom has successfully completed hands-on training at The Center for Barefoot Massage. These massage therapists have demonstrated a commitment to excellence, safe practice, and a deep respect for the craft of barefoot massage.
All providers listed here have agreed to uphold the standards of our lineage and protect the integrity of this work. They are not certified to teach or train others in barefoot massage or FasciAshi techniques—only authorized instructors who have completed our rigorous instructor development program may do so. Sole Providers are expected to stay within both their Scope of Practice and Scope of Training, using only the techniques learned in their completed FasciAshi classes.

-
Has valid professional liability insurance
-
Has agreed to our training and use policies, including protection of our copyrighted content and equipment designs
-
Uses barefoot techniques only as taught in their specific FasciAshi coursework—never re-taught, reproduced, or modified for presentation or instruction
We do not support unauthorized teaching or the misuse of overhead bars, suspended straps, or our proprietary methods. Doing so violates our policies and will result in removal from this directory.
