Led by the Barefoot Structural Integration practitioners on our instuctor team, you will learn to blend intentional foot holds with detailed hands-on myofascial release, working across the diaphragm, upper thoracics, and anterior neck to down-regulate nervous system guarding… giving your clients profound, long-lasting neck relief through efficient 20–30 minute clinical protocols without straining your own upper body.
